Scope of Work
External works package for a listed property, delivered in collaboration with Martin Sewell Building Company. The project includes surface water management, groundworks, drainage installation, and hard landscaping.

Key Tasks
Surface Water Drainage: Removing existing bricks and exposing the working area to install a new drainage system designed to manage surface water effectively.
Groundworks: Preparing and adjusting levels to support the updated drainage layout and forthcoming landscaping works.
Hard Landscaping: Scheduled installation of external surfaces and finishes to complete the surroundings of the property.
Listed Property Considerations: All works carried out with sensitivity to the building’s status and historic character.
