Scope of Work
Resin driveway installation and external works package, combining a SuDS-compliant base, premium resin system, edging, paving, and fencing.

Key Tasks
Groundworks: Reduced dig carried out with a 5-tonne machine, followed by the build-up of a SuDS-compliant aggregate base.
Resin Bound Driveway: Installation of Vuba resin system, including both binder and surface courses, for a durable, low-maintenance finish.
Edging & Detailing: Black granite edging and a rumble strip installed to frame the driveway and improve functionality.
Porcelain Paving: High-spec paving laid to complement the driveway and external areas.
Closeboard Fencing: New fencing installed to secure and define the boundaries of the property.
