Bognor 8-Unit Development – External Works

Gadsden Gardens was appointed to deliver the full external works package for this 8-unit residential development in Bognor, working in partnership with Agincourt Contractors. From initial groundworks to the current stages, the project has seen steady progress despite challenging weather conditions.

Sandstone paving has been laid at the rear of the properties, while permeable block paving is being installed at the front. Trees have already been planted to introduce structure and greenery across the site, with hedging, shrubs, and turfing scheduled as the next phase. The patios have been pointed, and the topsoil is in, ready for the final soft landscaping works to begin. As the project nears completion, this development is fast becoming a welcoming and functional space for future residents.
