Scope of Work
Full external works project including RC groundwork, traditional stonework, paving, resin surfaces, and drainage installation.

Key Tasks
RC Sub-Bases: Initial groundwork underway, forming reinforced concrete sub-bases to support all upcoming surfaces.
Stonework with Lime Mortar: Planned installation of traditional stone features using breathable lime mortar for a heritage finish.
Limestone Paving & Setts: Supply and laying of high-spec limestone materials for clean, durable walkways.
Resin Driveway: Installation of a resin-bound driveway for a low-maintenance, modern surface.
Swimming Pool Paving: Paving around the pool area to complete the hard landscaping layout.
Drainage System: Full drainage setup across the site to support long-term performance and water management.
